Sending mail from CRM (organization address) RRS feed

  • We are thinking how to handle mails with CRM (4.0). The problem is that we would like to send all emails from CRM with only one organization address like in helpdesk systems. Is that even supported in CRM by default? I know that it is possible to let user choose the sender to be someone else than the user itself when sending an email but that should not be a selection, it should be forced to be organization address. I have found some kind of solution from here (I haven't tried it): http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2006/11/15/sending-email-via-workflow-as-different-user.aspx
    Is that the only solution or is it possible to solve our problem directly from CRM without coding?
