what that mean? is there a limit of questions at the day? or what?

What I always do when I see stuff like this is turn on Network Capture and see what is actually behind the message. Often it seems to be a failed redirect to login, in which case cloning the tab and if necessary cloning the post and trying the Submit from it often works.
