I am running into a duplicate contact issue due to my client's firms having multiple email alias formats. For example - dglass@pepsi.com; diane.glass@pepsi.com; d.glass@pepsi.com. I am aware of connecting the contacts via 'Connections' in Dynamics
and this is acceptable. How would I be able to find all of the 'master' records that have connections associated with that record? How have you seen firms eliminate the chance of sending multiple emails to the same person despite multiple aliases?
