CRM 2011 for Outlook Issues RRS feed

  • We have sucessfully upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 On-Premise, and our end users are on MS Office 2010 with the CRM 2011 for Outlook add-in.

    We have noticed severe latency issues on some workstations. I think I've narrowed it down to machines that were upgraded from the 4.0 client because if I look at the CRM for Outlook version, it references CRM 4.0 for MS Outlook (4.0.7333.2747). On machines that never had the 4.0 client installed, they reference the 2011 client version and do not experience any latency issues.

    I uninstalled all versions of CRM for Outlook already, reinstalled, but the 4.0 client version is still referenced.

    Does anyone have any clues on how to fix this? Thanks

  • did you try to look registry.

    May be there is something refers 4.0
