off topic - Runtime Error

  I have a 'Runtime Error 21 at 018549D2' appearing on my computer as soon a i log in, it looks as though its trying to bring through my log in profile, then clears the screen as if i pushed refresh, but then keeps doing the same thing over. I have tried restarting the pc but this did Sweet FA, any ideas on what this is and how to fix?
