win32 dll on x64 W7

Question
-
Hi,
I have a win32 dll written in Managed/Non Managed C++ that perfectly works on XP/Vista but not on W7 x64 system.
The first call to this dll from an app generates an exception saying that the dll can not be loaded and that its format is not correct.
Where to find help?
thanks in advance,
Pascal
