Computer is new from the store and contained a 60-day Office trial as an OEM bundle. Replaced the OEM version with Microsoft Small Office and insgtalled a valid Open LIcense Program key which was accepted. There are no other computers besides this one that are yet using the same key (bought 5 entitlements, this is the first)

How to convert a trial version of a 2007 Office suite or program to a full retail perpetual license version: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927756/en-us

Thank you for the reply.
What I decided to to do was uninstall all Microsoft Office products. (OK, done).
Reinstalled Office 2007 Small Business using the downloaded kit I am entitled to use from Microsoft Open Licensing. (OK, done.)
Provided my charitable organization license key purchased a few days ago. (OK, done.)
Went back to the dowload site to get a copy of the PDF pluging. Failed OGA.
Tried running the OGA diagnostic tool again. Under the Ovvice tab it still says "104 Unknown PID" just like when I first asked for help.
