Error when accessing CRM from Office 365 Suite Navigation Menu RRS feed

  • If we attempt to reach CRM Online from the Office 365 Portal by selecting CRM from the … dropdown on the Suite Navigation Menu, we are prompted to sign in and receive the error message:  "Request not processed.An error was encountered while processing your request.  If problems persist, please contact customer support."

    We can reliably reach our CRM installation at the following URL:https://primescape.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx

    In the Suite Navigation menu, the CRM link points t:https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/start/indesx.aspx How can we set the Suite Navigation menu to point to the working URL, or make the other URL work?

  • We just started our Dynamics trial, and we are seeing the same thing. Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this issue?

  • Please open case to CRM support team, they can check for  you if the provision is crashed or not.
