If we attempt to reach CRM Online from the Office 365 Portal by selecting CRM from the … dropdown on the Suite Navigation Menu, we are prompted to sign in and receive the error message: "Request not processed.An error was encountered while processing
your request. If problems persist, please contact customer support."
We can reliably reach our CRM installation at the following

In the Suite Navigation menu, the CRM link points t:https://port.crm.dynamics.com/G/start/indesx.aspx How can we set the Suite Navigation menu to point to the working URL, or make the other URL work?
