space shift in MS CRM RRS feed

    I am hiding a field on the (the field is on the left side of the form)based on some pick list value . when the field is hidden the filed on the right side shift to left, but i dont want that to happen,

    if the field is hidden i want that place to be blank instead of other field acquiring that place


    any bbody help me on this
