Windows XP Disable a Language in "Regional and Language Options"

Hello All,

Need to find a forum. I am looking for a way to disable the Polish Language selection in the "Language used in menus and dialogs" dropdown in the Regional and Language settings in the Control Panel. Trying to figure out if it is possible to just disable/remove one of those language selections.

P.S If so I need to do this programmatically as part of our install
