  • I have written a half a dozen messages, The first response someone tried to help...what they asked me to do didn't work...the secon response was simply..."Gee...hope you can figure it out..." Then I wandered through the maze of finally getting not one, but three validations (even being thanked for them and congratulated) and yet I have been locked out of my computer because it still comes up "May not be genuine..."...Okay.  Mac is looking really good right now.  Then I called microsoft (since I can't use my computer...)  And they told me to get online and send an error report.  "And oh by the way...there is no phone support..." 

    How do I send an error report?  And oh by the way...I am at a retirement center using a strange computer. 

    Yeah.  Mac is looking just great.  Understand my frustration all you want.  If you can't help me it is really not sincere.
