Problem with Laptop in Onecare Circle RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a laptop in my onecare circle that my hub pc shows as having Firewall and Anti-virus turned off.  When I open the laptop, it shows that they are both on and green.  I tried stopping and starting and rebooting both machines but no luck.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Post back and let me know if this helps you. I am aware that it says status unknown. However in your case, where the hub PC is not updating relates to your issue.

     

    I am curious as to why your Firewall and Antivirus is turned off? Are you running multiple Antivirus/Antispyware/Antiadware/Antimalware on the same machine? If so, uninstall everything except your main program. This may clear up your issue too.
