SQL Server Agent is not started in a default installation. Thus no surprise.
- How to: Start SQL Server Agent (SQL Server Configuration Manager)

Seems like you're testing server 1, aren't you?

Nope. We have only Reporting Service installed in Server 1.
SQL is pointing to Server 2.
I am trying to install CRM is in Server 1.

Take a look at your data, you've posted:
1. Server 1: Report services only
2. Server 2: SQL Server.
3.:
The image tells us: Report services found. Thus it looks like you're testing server 1.

I am pointing ReportServer to WB1, thats why it is showing it as Report services found.
SQL is pointing to SQ1.

Well, I don't know that setup, but the tool seems to expect SQL Server and SQL Server Agent running on server 1.
The only other two problems would be, that you don't have the necessary permissions to access server 2, thus the setup is failing. Have you disabled the software firewalls?
