  • Hi,

This question has been marked answered for over two years. Please start a new question.

On the other hand, this thread is currently (6 years later) still link number 2 on bing for "get dns record acl powershell" (top hit hosted on a Microsoft domain) and provides no answer to the quite specific question that was asked (Set a DNS A record ACL - not sure how much more specific that request can be).

All creating a new thread will do is further pollute search results.

The huge number of non-answers to questions on social.technet.microsoft.com is why the site has proven to be mostly useless for everything I happen to search for.

  • I agree, quite often I stumble upon old threads in my searches and adding more questions into them normally don't result in response. Most people just ignore the new questions in the old answered threads, which is unfortunate.
