    I installed Live OneCare last August and then my harddrive crashed. After getting a new harddrive, I reinstalled Live OneCare, but I'm limited in what I can setup because I get the message that my subscription has expired. I just check Microsoft Billing and it shows that my subscription doesn't expire until 8/9/2009. What to do? How do I get beyond the expiration message so I can finish updating virus definitions and such?

    First check that your computer date and time are set correctly. Then open One Care and if there is a "Subscribe" button select it and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password associated with your subscription and One Care will activate.
