hi um,.where do i finfd my product key?im with vista.can someone pls get bak to me asap becoz i hav to do assignments on da pc.and its realy inconvenient with a blocked pc. PLEASE HELP ME
a) If you bought Vista seperate from the computer, then the Product Key would be in the container that the Vista DVD came in.
b) If your computer was manufactured by a Large company (such as Dell, HP, so on) and Vista came Pre-installed, then you can fine the Product key on the sticker on the side or bottom of your computer.
c) If your computer was build by a smaller company and Vista came pre-installed, the product key should be in the documentation that came with the computer.
d) If when you launch one of the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel...so on) and a window pops up asking for a Product Key then your computer, most likely, came with a Trial version of Office and you would be to purchase a full copy of Office to continue using it.
