Email router and delivery failure emails RRS feed

  • I have an email router set up with both incoming and outgoing emails and this works fine. I just have one problem when I receive a delivery failure return email from the exchange server. This email gets a special icon in outlook so this is some sort of other type of email. The email does not get imported into CRM and I can't seem to find any solutions on the internet about this.

    I would like that this was just created in CRM as a normal email.

  • The type of this kind of email is different from the normal email. You cannot track them in CRM. To workaround this issue, you can forward this kind of email, and track the forwarded email to CRM.
