From your MGA report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 108 Invalid VLK
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 108 Invalid VLK
Unfortunately, the installed copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is non-genuine because it is counterfeit. The invalid product key was never issued by Microsoft and was likely created by a counterfeiter using an illegal product key generator (KeyGen). You can review your options by visiting Microsoft Genuine Advantage and clicking on Validate Office. When validation fails, you will be presented with a Get Genuine button to click on.

P.S. You should send a copy of your MGA report to the entity that sold you the counterfeit copy of Office and demand a complete refund.

How can I take advantage of the genuine Office Complimentary offer without a receipt of purchase? I gave my computer to a friend and he cut me a deal through his work and I just payed my friend. I have nothing to reinstall or anything. Is there a way for me to get Office back or will I be without Office completely for college without buying a new one?Thursday, October 22, 2009 5:51 AM
