Please help clean advertisement

The second last post in thread.
Although it does not contain link, it is still an Ad.
If possible, please lock that thread too because there is no reason that thread should revive.

I already flagged a reply by that user as spam yesterday. If the forum admins are paying attention the user should get banned. If the user is not banned in another few hours, I would email fissues [at] Microsoft [dot] com with a link to the user profile activities.
Edit: The reply I reported abusive yesterday was deleted by a forum admin, but the user was not banned. I flagged another reply by the user just now. That is all we can do, except moderators in the forums.
Edit: I see now that the user was banned, and all posts by that user have been deleted.

Another common advertising thread need to cleanup.
These ones get a lot of points by posting spamware to TechNet galley. Best approach for these ones is to click the link on these gallery posting to Report abuse to Microsoft

Well, the Technet galley does not have "no advertising" policy, so if they post advertisement to their software there, I'm okay with that. After all, the galley is built for people to find software solutions, whether it's free or not.
However, that's not the case in this forum, and people digging old threads is very annoying to me.
I'd be satisfied if the moderators can just lock those threads and let them sink.
