How to integrate CRM to other SQL Server Store Procedure RRS feed

  • Hi Guru , 

    i have SAP Business one and Microsoft Dynamic CRM ,sap business one's  backed data base is Microsoft SQL Server  , 

    i have created one store procedure for sap business one data base SQL server , 

    i wana integrate this store procedure to Microsoft Dynamic CRM .

    can you ,please guide me how to achieve this Target.

  • The answer depends on what the stored procedure does, and when you want to call it.

    In most cases, I'd write a Crm plugin or custom workflow activity to call the stored procedure. A plugin is executed based on which message and entity it is registered on, whereas a custom workflow activity can be called from a Crm workflow

    Note that these options are only possible in Crm OnPremise, and any plugin assembly must not be registered in the Sandbox

    my requirement is -

    i have SAP Business One ERP and his back-end data base is SQL server.

    In SQL server, i have created one "store procedure".

    i need to access this store procedure in Microsoft Dynamic CRM.

    So, how can we connect SAP Business one (Store Procedure ) to Microsoft Dynamic CRM.

    i need to access sap Business one data into Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
