Privileges for importing data into CRM 2011 RRS feed

    Hi,

    A Salesman want to import contacts into CRM 2011 with assigning different records to different existing users ,  he has Salesperson security role. Can he do this job?

    Any information and reply will be very appreciated!

    The OOB Salesperson security role can import data. Just ensure that he has assign privilege on contacts to all the users you need. By default the assign privilege on contact is at user level.
