SSRS report deployed to production does not return any data that works fine in QA Server RRS feed

    Hi All,

    The SSRS Report deployed to production does not return any data but it is working fine in QA Server.

    Executed the Query (PROD) in the SQL Server Management Studio and getting the data..

    what could be the problem? Any help greatly appriciated....

    Hello,

    Did you try to enable trace and check for logs.

    Hi,

    You can check below points.

    1. Using CRM Deployment manager ensure that Production CRM points to correct SSRS server.
    2. Use SQL Profiler on Production SQL server and ensure that Query is executed.
    3. If your query is using FilteredViews then it would return User specific data. Hence further you can check if the current User on UI has rights to view the data. Since the user context used in SQL Management studio to run the Query and user context in the frontend are different.
