You appear to have neglected to activate your copy of Windows - please try to do so. - When the system boots, you should be offered he opportunity to activate - pick the Telephone option, and follow the instructions.

At some point, someone has changed the Product Key in use from the OEM one with which it was shipped, to the one on your COA sticker - why this was done is anyone's guess, but the 30-day activation clock began running at that point, and the activation reminders have since been ignored.

Please start your OWN NEW thread - with details of your own problem, and an MGADiag report...To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
- IN YOUR OWN THREAD, please
