    Hi Folks,

    I have got the below error message when trying to access the CRM2011 End Points.

    "An error has occurred.
    Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."

    How are you accessing the end points? Is this on line or On prem?

    Start off by resetting IIS / Server

    If this does not help try checking the eventlog for issues related to those sites

    Are you trying to access the end points from the web browser?  If so, are you going through the web interface developer tools area?
