More validation trouble...

Question

Hi, having real trouble validating my copy of Vista. I have a genuine copy (from MSDNAA). I have activated it and the first time i went to www.microsoft.com/validate it said it was successfull. Today when i turned on my laptop it said my version is not valid. I went back to the validate site and a message came up saying that it could not tell if it was a valid version. I have read the other threads and i am not running any of the said software. Here is my MGA report:

Do you have any of the following programs installed on this list?
http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=897109&SiteID=25
Also, where did yo get your copy of Office? It is non-genuine and is a volume license that belongs a company in the NorthWest region of the US. I would suggest going to www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicking Validate office.
