Japanese encoding doesn't work in Windows Live Hotmail

    Question

  • I use Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8. When I try to send an e-mail in Japanese with Windows Live Hotmail, if I chose japanese encoding the mail arrives all transformed and unreadable. Also the same massage in the sent items holder is transformed. Only way to be able to send a mail in Japanese is sending it with unicode. Why japanese encoding is not working? If it's not supported by the system any more why it's still there?
