  • i am realy disappointed with one care discontinue i purchased two promotional copies from one of my friend and now i am getting that you are no longer supporting one care any more i think you should help me on this as i spent money on your product because if i loose this money i  think i will never preffer to buy any microsoft product again.

    I PURCHASED A WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE BOXED PRODUCT OR TOKEN (PRODUCT KEY) FROM A RETAILER A WHILE AGO, BUT HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT YET. CAN I STILL USE ONECARE?
    Windows Live OneCare will no longer be available for sale after October 15, 2009. This page is intended to provide guidance and answer questions for customers as we complete this process. If you have purchased a Windows Live OneCare fully packaged product in a retail store or have purchased a Windows Live OneCare activation token (product key) but have not installed it on or before October 15, 2009, you will not be able to use Windows Live OneCare.
