    Dear Customer,

         Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta). May I know Which one of "Troubleshooting" you have running?  What is your OS Win7/Vista/XP 32/64?

    I have Vista/64 OS. I have downloaded Microsoft Fix It Center.Ink.  I've tried nearly all of the fix it options, all give the same result.

    Dear Customer,

      Thanks for your feedback.To further troubleshoot the problem, could you please refer below steps provide us some event logs informations? 

    Step 1:

               1. Control panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Administrative Tools -> Open Event Viewer

               2. Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Applications

        After you select this section and please note to source content, if you find any error/warning about "fix it center/matsvc" please provide to us.

    Steps 2: 

               1.  Control Panel- > All Control Panel Items -> Administrative Tools ->Open  Event Viewers

               2.  Event Viewer ->Applications and Services Logs->Microsoft->windows-> Diagnosis-ScriptedDiagnosticsProvider

    If you find any error/warning about error code "0x80040154" please provide to us.  Thanks.

    I've got the same problems going on. I just downloaded it tonight and immediately after it was set up I got the error message. I've pasted the details about the error messages below:

    Dear Rachael0728,

          Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it tool. Based on your above described, it seems a net work proxy issue or a permissions issue you encountered, could you please try below setting steps:

    1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.

    2. Under Proxy server groups, click to select the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.

    3. In the Address box, type the IP address of the proxy server. (Note:please try type the same content with your "local proxy address")

    4. Run Fix it Center tool as Administrator.
