Stopping auto renewal

I have subscribed to OneCare since it first came out and have been auto billed each year. I now have Qwest as my ISP, and get free OneCare with it. How to I stop the auto renewal so I can take advantage of OneCare through my ISP? TIA - sheureka

You will need to contact support to cancel the rebilling on your account.

Actually, you will need to do two things:

1. Cancel the existing account before it is renewed.

2. And after cancellation of the paid account, reinstall and activate OneCare per the instructions from Qwest to get your free subscription.
