CRM for Outlook Client can't connect to Server RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    We have 2 organizations named OrgA and OrgB, after installing and configuring CRM for Outlook client, We found  we can only connect to orgB, can't access OrgA. When connect to OrgA, Outlook hanged on "Updating time zone information" status, after a very long time, it gives a  "Microsoft CRM Web Service Hoster has stopped working" error.

     

    Env.:

    Server Side: CRM 4.0.7333.3 

    Client Side: Win XP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003 SP3 /Outlook 2007 SP1

    OrgA and OrgB created on the same server, and all CRM roles installed on it, server system timezone, CRM user timezone and outlook client time zone settings are same.
