Microsoft Fix it Center (beta) is composed of two pieces--an application installed on customer computers and a web portal (namely
http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/portal) showing support resources relevant to customer computers' configurations, given customers have approved upload of such configuration information to
the portal.
The Fix it Center application and the Fix it Center Online portal expand their listing of troubleshooters and support resources over time. Your problem is not covered by the application today. However, you may research the issue on the portal. If you
cannot find a solution from the support resources on the portal, you have the option to submit a support request on the portal's Find Solutions page at any time. You are also encouraged to submit feedbacks via the Feedback link on any page of the portal.
