help needed to install OneCare to a second computer RRS feed

  • I am in the process of installing the OneCare software on a second computer. In order to finish the installation, after entering the product key I get to a screen that states that the product key is already in use (error message 8059). When I press continue I get to a window with a menu, with one of the choices being "add another computer". From there I choose "Install Windows Live One Care", but then I get a message that reads "OneCare activation cannot continue because network problems are preventing connection ... "
