Original TechNet forums on the fritz today RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • The original TechNet forums (forums.microsoft.com) (and the separate OCS forum) have been on the fritz all day long.  Forum lists alternate between current posts and posts from two months ago, while replies and edits fail 50% of the time.  It’s almost acting like one cluster node has old data and thinks it’s 60 days ago.  Even RSS updates are popping up from posts from back then that haven’t actually been updated.

  • Has anyone looked into this?  The other forums are STILL jacked up and it's getting very cumbersome to use them.

  • I know there have been some replication issues on forums 2.x db's and they are working on getting them resolved.

  • I believe I saw an email go by that the forums 2.x replication issues were resolved and everything should be back to normal.
