Subsribe after trial period RRS feed

    My One Care Protection is about to expire and I would like to subscribe, however I no longer have contact with the individual who set up the trial procection on my computer and the account was set up with an ID and Password and associated email that I do not have access to. What steps do I need to take to subscribe prior to my trial period ending? The user ID listed for my computer is moelomeri@hotmail.com.

    If you want to subscribe to Onecare, you may want to consider subscribing using your own LiveID,

     

    Uninstall the trial version, Install a new trial version from there the previous LiveID will be removed so just subscribe using your own liveid

    You can uninstall and reinstall, or you can use the instruction in this post to remove the LiveID and then activate your subscription with your own LiveID - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2776450&SiteID=2
