i am trying to configure crm client with outlook 2010 i keep getting failed with http status 400:bad request

seems it was a version problem
reinstalled outlook module and used server name
all is working

Hi Ashley,
What type of installation do you have (OnPremise,IFD,Online). If you have OnPremise remember to put servername without organization.

i have onpremise

Do you tried type: http://<servername> or https if you're using secure connection ?
You can check also installation log in c:\users\<username>\AppData\Microsoft\MSCRM\Logs

when i try the using the server address with the port 5555 iget a new message
