Clarifications about "Your benefits and exams"

Question
-
I got MCSA in 2014 and I am planning to get MCSE and I heard that I have to take just two exams to get Server Infrastructure.
two days ago, I passed this exam 70-413 and I thought that still one exam which is 70-414 to MCSE certificate. But when I check "your benefits and exams", I see this
But I am sure that my MCSA is still valid and these are my certificates.
Can you explain to me what is happening??? do I need to take these exams 70-10,11,12???

Hi,
Maybe your MCSA exams have been registered on a different MCP ID? If you passed the exams for MCSA 2012 then you do not need to take them again.
Call your regional Microsoft Education service center and have your exam passing score reports at hand so they can check if they all have been registred to the same MCP ID.
https://www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/learning/help.aspx.
If required they can merge two MCP ID's together.
Also have a look at this update on the MCSE exams:
