I have just installed a new CRM server with a local SQL server on it. I need to get the database from another box to work with this new server. I have used the deployment manager to move the database to the newly installed CRM which has completed successfully. Although, i get a warning error that the database are not the same version, but the migration finished successfully.
I then disable the current running organisation and enable the migrated one. I still can't get it working error message "The specified organisation is disabled”But if enabled it will not connect to the new organisation created. And when disabled it will not connect to the new organisation please Help!!!!

Kuba is right, sometimes it's strange.
Please check it from the
Database: MSCRM_CONFIG,
Table: Organization,
Then check the State value, it's 1-Enable; 2-Disable
for your tenant.
Cheers,
Jim

Hi,
You bumped into a common problem - sometimes the Import Organization Wizard behaves in a strange way. Especially when you try to make your new imported organization default, it will sometimes simply not work until you delete the old organization.
Additionally, the Import Wizard in some cases does not update users' calendars. We can repro this error any time - the calendars still have the PrimaryUserId containing the old user guids, thus generating a not nice "Error" in the CRM interface when the users try you to access their calendars.
Look for the entries in the log of the migration - they might tell you more. But generally, the issue when the imported organization cannot be made default is common and noone knows how to solve it. After you delete the old one and restart IIS, everything should start working ok.Kind regards,
Kuba
