  • Unfortunately, the installed "Volume License" copy of Windows XP Pro is counterfeit.  If you indeed have a genuine Windows XP Pro product key, use the Windows XP Product Key Update Tool to change the product key.  Also, the installed "Volume License" copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 is counterfeit.  It should be uninstalled and replace with a genuine Microsoft Office Suite.
