Did you know that MSDN and TechNet has forums in all languages?!?
Well maybe not all but surly a lot of languages. You can ask question in the global interface here which is English, but if you prefer to ask the question in your native language you are welcome to check if there is a fitting forum in your language. This article include List of forums by Languages, categories, and field of discussions, and if you don't find your language there yet, then you can check this blog.

Please remember that there are thousands of forums with tens of thousands of users, and each week we interview only one. There is no need to recommend the same person more then once!
