Activation Genuine Advantage Kit

  Purchased this kit today for Windows 7, have the product key. Per the instructions to activate, when I go to Computer>Properties the window described and shown on a video here comes up, however the "Windows Activation" area/button does not appear. I also have a link which printed out on my receipt, for instructions - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkld=119627 - which does not work. How can I get this activated?
