User receiving error message w/ creating CRM Cases RRS feed

  • I have a user that is receiving an error when they try to select a user and creating a new case.

    I was trying to search for the error code "-2147220970" but got a lot of varying results.

  • I have been able to identify that this willl happen on any lookup field (tried it by creating a new email record) and only for users of Chrome 38, but not Chrome 37.

    The temporary work-a-round is to do this and get the error, click OK and then select "Look Up More Records" - this screen does not display the error.
