Based on users availability the case has to assign in dynamics crm? RRS feed

  • i'm assigning a case a to debit card team. team has 3 users.

    1st user works on    9 a.m to 6 p.m

    2nd user works on   6 p.m to 10 p.m

    3rd user works on   10 p.m to 6 a.m

    case created on 11 a.m.it has two go with the 1st user if he is available? if he is available case has assigned to that user.

    How to do this Requirement?could anybody help me on this?

    shall i use plugin or workflow. any references please?

  • You're going to need custom code for this, so I'd use either a plugin or a custom workflow activity. The CRM SDK has examples of each

  • Each user has Individual WorkHours.how can i get the workhours using plugin according to that case has assign to particular user.

    how can i Retrieve Work Hours from Each User? or any Alternative to do this.plz help me on this.
