     over the last two days i get an error message on start up saying i have not got genuine windows but i have supplied by e machines. can you help

    Can you please click start, run, then type in "wgatray.exe /b" and then reboot?

     

    That should clear the issue.

    Both your XP installation and Office installation (Office Status: 100) are showing as Genuine, so no worries there.
