OneCare keeps losing it's subscription RRS feed

  • Hello, hopefully someone can help me with this.  I have Live OneCare installed to 3 PC's (as per the box, it says, up to 3 PCs).  On one of the PC's, it keeps on losing it's subscription and tells me I have to subscribe, even though it is legitimate.  After doing a reinstall of OneCare, it didn't lose it subscription for a few weeks - but then recently did it again.  Is there any fix to this or am I going to have to input the OneCare subscription every time it asks?  The other 2 PC's do not exihibit this problem.

  • Have you tried to activate OneCare in your 3rd PC by signing in using your live ID and password?

  • I assume that you have activated OneCare on the 3rd PC? And that some time later it reports that it is not activated, but in trial mode? When this happens, are you able to activate once again with the same LiveID?

    Is OneCare running as a Hub on any of the PCs in your Circle? Is it possible that the PC is being removed from the Circle from the hub PC by clicking "remove this PC?"
