    Somethig which is confusing me. Do i have the install the email connector on the Same CRM 4.0 server or on the Exchange server? or i can just specify the exchange server name without installing the connector during the instllation???

    you can install the CRM E-mail Router on a separate server; this doesn't need to be the same server where you have Microsoft Exchange Server installed or the same machine where you have the CRM Server installed. You can even install it on a separate server or computer running Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business, or Enterprise as those are the versions that can be joined to a domain. (The Windows XP Home and Windows Vista Home versions are not supported.). Additionally, the server must be a member of the same domain of the CRM Server!
