problem

i bought the windows live one care thing from the store. i downloaded and installed it and restarted the computer and thats all. i double click the 1 icon and it loads but then it says that is has stopped working. i restarted the computer like it said but no luck. so i havent even activated it or anything yet. it doesnt get that far. any help?

You may have some services disabled.

Since it will fail to validate your subscription (you don't have one yet), select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.
