Hi,
If i would like to provide hosted CRM 4.0 for customers will it be possible for them to use the CRM Client for Outlook?

Yes, they can use the Outlook client, no problem

Hi Licrm,
Michael is correct. When you install MS CRM outlook client v4.0 you are promopted to enter two URLs. An intranet address and an external web address. Outlook with connect to the external web address when the intranet connection is not available.The external web address in your case will be the URL to the hosted MS CRM server.Hassan.
