Office 2007 Trial --reduced function RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I have a Toshiba P200 w/ Home Prem. and the Office 2007Trial.  I went through he "Activation" process after starting this thing up.

However, the Offie went into a reduced function.  Outlook in particular:

    Cannot add or edit Notes.

    Cannot Reply or New messages.

Cannot Copy or Ctrl-C from a message

    No more options.

This is supposed to be a 60-day trial, but is now belly up after 10 days.

Is there a fix?  Or, is it not really a trial, but a "view?"

  • Seth,

Once the trial period is over you must purchase a perputual office key from Microsoft or remove the trial version.  If you have a problem please review the following guidance.  Your issue appears to be outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide the following information, however if the issue persists I would recommend you contact Microsoft Office support at http://support.microsoft.com/gp/assistsupport and choosing your product to create a support incident.

Please look @ the following Knowledge Base (KB) article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218/en-us. Here you will find detailed instructions for removing beta and trail release versions of Office Suite 2007 or program.
