    I have a problem where my enter button and my shift button dont work. this happens after my baby pressed up a few keys while i wasn't looking. I am not sure what was pressed and so i dont know what to do

    HI,

     

    Could you try to start your windows to Safe mode and see if it works there. Just wonder if it is physical damage or just because different combination key has been pressed to cause this problem.

    Please correct me if my concept is wrong
