Activating MS Office Pro Plus

Question
-
After installing a trial version of MS Office Pro Plus, when launching MS Word, I get a message saying that MS Word is not fully activated and that I "have 5 days to activate it" and it prompts for my email address. When I do so and login, I am told that my email address is not associated with this product, yet I know the email address is correct. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Hi,
You can try to run the PowerShell command like below and see whether the required licenses are available for your id
Get-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName <user UPN> | fl IsLicensed, Licences
